The President of the United States Donald trump in the address to Congress will offer a “historic tax reform”, the Agency France Presse with reference to the excerpts of the speech.
Trump came to power partly on promises to cut taxes for business and middle class. It also announced its intention to substantially expand tax deductions for care of children under 13 years of age. Trump expects that, despite the reduction in the tax base, the economy will grow on a tax cut, so the budget should not suffer.
