Suspected of involvement in the organization of criminal groups for illegal mining and amber trade, Lieutenant Colonel of security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Vadim Fedoruk was released from detention on bail.

According to the source, Fedoruk was released the evening of 27 February. The Deposit, which was made on February 24, amounted to 5.2 million. In this case, who posted bail, is currently unknown.
It is noted that Vadim Fedoruk was detained July 4, 2016 during a special operation law enforcement officers. 15 Feb Holosiivskyi court of Kyiv extended the arrest of Fedoruk 60 days with possibility of bail in the amount of UAH 5.2 million.
Recall that in early July 2016 as part of operation “amber” in the Rivne region 300 law enforcement officers conducted 123 searches. Then the police detained the organizers of “amber mafia”, composed of the first Deputy Prosecutor of the Rivne region Andrey Borovik, current and former police officers, SBU officers and representatives of the criminals.
