At the large enterprise on manufacture of nitric fertilizers in Uzbekistan JSC “Ferganaazot” in Ferghana city on Thursday, an explosion occurred, there are victims, reports the information Ministry of emergency situations of the Republic.
“February 23 Fergana JSC “Ferganaazot” at 16.30 during repair and installation work in an ammonia plant explosion. There are victims”, – stated in the message informsluzhby.
The number of victims is not specified.
According to the MOE, created a governmental Commission to ascertain the causes and circumstances of the accident and providing necessary assistance to the families of the victims.
