The US President Donald trump on Saturday assured that he remains a supporter of NATO, but noted that many members of the Alliance “don’t pay the bills”, – the “RIA Novosti”.
“We should ignore a tired echo of yesterday’s wars. We are in battle, that more do not help us, we are in a battle in which other people do not behave honestly with us. I’m a fan of NATO, but a NATO, a country that we are protecting the very rich countries, they do not pay their bills. They should help us,” said trump, speaking to supporters in Florida.
“We’re no longer connected discredited (yourself) approaches of the past, we will no longer listen to those who can bring nothing but failure. New circumstances require new solutions”, — the President added, without specifying what he meant.
