The MP explained in Parliament why there are fights

MPs allow themselves to fights in the Verkhovna Rada, because they do not react, the head of Parliament Andriy Parubiy and regulation Committee. This was stated on air of TV channel “112 Ukraine” people’s Deputy Viktor Chumak.

In his opinion, the biggest problem with conflict in Parliament is a violation of the regulations, the head of the Verkhovna Rada.

Answering the question of whether the speaker of Parliament Andriy Parubiy regulations in Parliament, Chumak said, “No. This is the biggest problem that the speaker does not meet the regular standards, not working with rules. And all those fights in the Parliament, which take place, that is also because not responding or the speaker or the parliamentary regulation Committee”.

As reported, on November 14 at the meeting of the conciliatory Council of the Verkhovna Rada fight occurred between the leader of fraction of Radical party Oleg Lyashko and co-Chairman of the faction of the Opposition bloc Yuriy Boyko.

Also recently, February 9, at the morning session of the Parliament during the voting for the bill “About the constitutional court of Ukraine” took place a skirmish between the people’s deputies from BPP Sergey Leshchenko and Ivan Melnychuk.
