MP of Ukraine, Deputy head of the faction “people’s front” Sergei Pashinsky admitted that he shot Vyacheslav Himikos standing up, not lying down. He declared it on air of TV channel 112 Ukraine.
“About what I said I was shooting prone. It was new year’s eve, I didn’t want to spoil people a holiday. I wrote it not in the morning, and at 10 PM, immediately after the incident. I don’t want to someone I regretted, but it was a blow with a bottle, it was a pretty stressful situation. And when I began to analyze some moments, I remembered what I was aiming for the leg is not lying, top-down,” the MP explained the reason for the change of testimony.
At the same time, the MP continues to insist he hasn’t changed his testimony and considers illegal the decision of the court on the recognition of victims Vyacheslav Chimiques, in which he shot New year’s eve.
We will remind, on the evening of 31 December 2016, there was a conflict between the member of the parliamentary faction “people’s front” Sergey Pashinsky and local resident Vyacheslav Himikam, in which the MP has received blow by a bottle on the head, and his opponent shot in the leg. Vyacheslav Himikus who shot Pashinsky claims that the Deputy struck a blow to the head after that sent him to the weapon. The Prosecutor of the Kiev region, which is investigating the circumstances of the incident, pre-qualified it as disorderly conduct.
