The elimination of the leader of the gang “Somalia” Mikhail Tolstoy, nicknamed “Givi” was the result of a very serious reduction of funding of mercenaries in the Donbas by the Kremlin. In an interview with Online.ua said the Russian oppositional politician Konstantin Borovoy.
