The Polish foreign Ministry has ruled out lifting sanctions against Russia

The Minister of foreign Affairs of Poland Witold Waszczykowski said that the removal of Russia from the sanctions now, and there cannot be, according to Radio Poland.

According to the head of Polish diplomacy, the EU is not considering lifting sanctions against Russia, because the Minsk agreements are not implemented.

He noted that the lifting of sanctions by the EU requires full implementation by Russia of the Minsk agreements.

“About the lifting of sanctions cannot be considered. Now the “Minsk process” is not implemented, and therefore no reason for the lifting of sanctions is not” – said Waszczykowski.

Earlier, Vice-President Mike Pence stated that the question of cancellation of sanctions against Russia will depend on Moscow. According to him, the decision will be made “in the coming months.”

Also the other day President Petro Poroshenko, answering the question of how it relates to the position of President of the United States Donald trump to cancel anti-Russian sanctions, said that most of all wants it, but the conditions according to the Minsk agreements must be respected.
