The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine at its meeting today, 8 February decided to extend for 2017 action programme partial compensation to the population value loans teploozerskiy and energy efficiency in the residential sector of Ukraine. About it reports a press-service of the Saee.
“The government has extended the popular program “warm” loans in 2017 and upgraded the compensation for it. Soon Ukrainians will be able to fully use its potential and to attract non-repayable financial assistance from the state for energy efficiency measures,” – said the head of the Saee Serhiy Savchuk.
According to him, extended the list of banks participating in the programme, in particular, included PrivatBank, which, according to Savchuk, will strengthen competition among banks and reduce the cost of credit, and to attract more participants.
It also introduces the mandatory commercial metering in the conduct of activities on thermal modernization of apartment buildings.
“Thus, condominiums can monitor the actual energy consumption in the home and to assess the effectiveness of the implementation of energy efficiency measures. Such measures condominiums can, as before, to obtain a 40% non-repayable financial assistance,” – said Savchuk.
As reported in the state budget of Ukraine for implementation of the program in 2017 allocated UAH 400 million.
The program provides for state compensation for the purchase of “non-gas” boilers in the amount of 20%, for insulation of private housing – 35%, for condominiums – 40% for recipients of subsidies included in these condominiums is 70%.
According to the Cabinet, in Ukraine now operates 204 local programs reduce the cost of “warm” loans.
Since the inception of the program now attracted more than 215 thousand families, which drew on energy efficiency measures over 2.7 billion UAH, including from the state budget of 1.16 billion.
