The MPs should develop a draft law which envisages responsibility of Russia for aggression against Ukraine and damage to property. This was stated at the conciliatory Council of the parliamentary group of the Verkhovna Rada on Interparliamentary relations with the United States, the Vice-speaker of the Parliament Oksana Syroid, reports 112.ua.
According to her, members must show unity in Parliament for the confrontation of Russian aggression.
“We sound really convincing, especially the government and the coalition, when we call for unity in order to repel Russian aggression. We urge all MPs, especially the leaders of the factions, especially factions of the coalition, to become the co-initiators of the draft law about the responsibility of Russia for the aggression and for the losses which she inflicted. It’s the moment of truth for us – are we willing to be United to repulse the Russian aggression, or not. And then – to stop the trade,” said Syroid.
