Lukashenko recalled representatives of Minsk of the customs bodies of the EurAsEC: “Why are they sitting there?”

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko instructed to withdraw the main Belarusian specialists of customs authorities of the Eurasian economic Union (EEU). He stated this at a meeting with members of the public and journalists.

“I have not signed the Customs code, because a lot of what was supposed to be not working, which is the fence to fence, if it is not working, he said. – Moreover, I was instructed to withdraw our major specialists from the customs authorities (EurAsEC)”. “Why are they sitting there? (…) Why such an organization” – said the head of Belarus.

“If we want to see in the integration structures, we need to behave decently in relation to each other, we need to support each other and not create additional obstacles. For 2015 we are in the EEC fell in trade, in my opinion, 40%, and last year, another 18% added. 60% in the EurAsEC fall – is that normal?” – said Lukashenko.

We will remind, leaders of the EurAsEC member States (Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia and Kazakhstan) at the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian economic Council on December 26 in St. Petersburg has signed the Customs code. Lukashenko at the meeting was not present.

According to the press Secretary of Russian President Dmitry Peskov, from-for absence at the summit of the Belarusian head of state all the documents, previously agreed, after the approval will be sent to Minsk to President of Belarus.

Lukashenka document is not signed. The head of Belarus is so far only approved the draft Treaty on the Customs code of the Eurasian economic Union as the basis for negotiations.

Previously, Alexander Lukashenko said that Russia is afraid of leaving of the Republic to the West.
