“Fatherland” is not going to support the expulsion of Syria from the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada

Faction “Fatherland” sees no reason to vote except the people’s Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on national security and defence. This was stated on air of TV channel “112 Ukraine” people’s Deputy Igor Lutsenko.

According to him, the decision on the exclusion of Syria from the Committee does not make sense, as the rules of such a mechanism is not provided.

“I believe that this decision makes no sense as to exclude, by regulation, members of the Committee, such a mechanism is not provided. I don’t think the scandal that is now inflated around the person Savchenko, is the objective. Savchenko is a regular Deputy. If it is MP, it should work in the Committee, that’s her job. Let’s then forbid her to come here at all, in the Verkhovna Rada”, – said Lutsenko.

He noted that, though not a supporter of the actions and utterances Savchenko, but I’m sure the composition of high treason in them.

“If there was a part of treason I’m sure would long ago have been manufacturing and a lot of politicians here would run and this production has moved on,” said the politician.

He added that the party sees no reason to vote except Savchenko.

“Moreover, I doubt that generally this room is able to give more than 150 votes for such legal nonsense”, – said the MP.

Yesterday, January 18, the regulation Committee has proposed the Parliament to decide the fate Savchenko. The Committee also sent a letter to the security Service of Ukraine with a request to check the information about the holding of a secret meeting in Minsk (Republic of Belarus) MP

In addition, the Committee on national security has decided to recommend to consider in the session hall of the Parliament a draft decree on the exception of Hope Savchenko from this Committee. This decision was made after hearing the information from the SBU about illegitimate actions of the situation in deciding on the release of the hostages, and publishing lists of their names.

In turn itself Savchenko denied the charges of treasonmade at the meeting of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on national security. The MP believes that the actions and statements of the law she violated, and state secrets kept.

Recall that on 11 December it became known that Nadezhda Savchenko secretly visited Minsk, where he met with the leaders of the self-proclaimed “DNR” and “LNR”. In mass media there was information that the Deputy spoke for several hours with Zakharchenko and Carpentry, and the meeting in Minsk was organized by the Federal security service of Russia with the assistance of the Russian Embassy in Belarus.

After the appearance of this information, a number of politicians in Ukraine have accused Savchenko of treason. However, the official intelligence agencies of such allegations against the MP were not nominated.
