Kyiv national radio company of Ukraine will cover their broadcasting on medium wave all the occupied territories of Donbass. This is stated in the press service of the National Council on television and radio, reports UNN.
The press service noted that today the Council has given permission for broadcasting on the territory of the ATO using the radio frequency of 837 kHz in the town of chasov Yar of Donetsk region, the National television company of Ukraine. It will broadcast programs of the “Ukrainian radio”.
According to a member of the National Council Sergei Kostinsky, the theoretical calculations show that at a power of 50 kW daytime broadcasting of the Ukrainian radio will cover the territory — Konstantinovka, Kramatorsk, Mariupol, Donetsk, Lisichansk, and a large part of the occupied territories, including the city of Donetsk, Gorlovka, Makeyevka, End, Shahtersk, Torez and Yenakiyevo, Debaltsevo, Bryanka, Alchevsk.
“Night-time coverage by the network will be much better — it will cover all the occupied districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions”, — quotes the Country the press service of the national Council.
He also said that work is underway BRT concern regarding the changes in the design of the antenna, which will transmit the signal, the issue with the transmitter. According to approximate calculations, technically, to start the broadcast will be in three months.
Thus, noted in the national Council, residents controlled or occupied territories will be able to listen to the news program “Ukrainian radio”, as well as transfer, created in collaboration with the “Voice of Donbass”, “Radio Liberty”, which is adapted for residents of the occupied regions of Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
