Since the end of December in Ukraine is constantly decreasing number of registered private entrepreneurs. The total number of entrepreneurs fell by 128 402, according to the service monitoring registration data of Ukrainian companies OpenDataBot.
Most closed companies in the retail (43 275) and wholesale (8 931) trade, as well as working in the field of warehouse (10 798) and transport services (7 040).
Phil closed due to the fact that on December 27 the President approved the changes in physical persons-entrepreneurs.
So, from January 1, FOP the second and third groups have to pay a single social contribution – UAH 704 per month, even if you do not have income.
Therefore, the “dormant” Phil became unprofitable, and the Ukrainians began their mass to eliminate.
