The new law clarified the list of those who need to fill in the e-Declaration

Directors of secondary schools are exempted from the obligation to complete an electronic Declaration of income. This is stated in the final provisions of the law “On High Council of justice”, which entered into force on January 5, transfers “Ukrainian truth”.

Under the new law, the rate of compulsory electronic filling of declarations does not apply to officers of the agencies and organizations responsible for the main activities in the field of social services, social and vocational rehabilitation of disabled persons and children with disabilities, social protection of war veterans and participants of the special operation in the Donbass.

Also exempt from the electronic Declaration, the heads of health care institutions, except for the leaders of healthcare institutions of Central, regional, district, city (cities of regional significance, cities of Kyiv and Sevastopol) level.

In addition, abolished the need to fill in electronic declarations for heads of educational institutions (except University rectors and their deputies), science (in addition to the President of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and national branch academies of Sciences, the first Vice-presidents, Vice-presidents and chief scientists of the secretaries of the national Academy of Sciences and national industry academies of Sciences, other members of the Presidium of ANAS and to the bureaux of the sectoral national academies of Sciences).

Released from the obligation to fill in the electronic Declaration and also the heads of institutions of culture, arts, restoration and preservation of the national memory, physical culture, sport and national-Patriotic education.

We will remind, the law was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada on 21 December 2016.

It is envisaged that the High Council of justice is composed of 21 members, 10 of which selects a Congress of judges, 2 appointed by the President, the Verkhovna Rada, the Congress of advocates, Ukrainian conference of prosecutors and the Congress of representatives of higher legal educational establishments and scientific institutions.

The head of the Supreme court of Ukraine is part of the Council’s position. According to the law, Council decisions can be appealed only in the Supreme court.
