Public Privat no plans to raise fares to pay the bills for utility services. This was announced by the representative of the press service of the Bank Inna Muzychuk.
According to PrivatBank, today when paying utility bills at the Bank rates for such payment are 1% of the amount (for water, electricity and heat) to 3 UAH (for gas utilities).
In the case of payment of “communal” self-service terminal, the fare is 2 UAH for all types of payments, and in the “Privat24” on public utilities applies Adini rate – 1 UAH.
In addition, the Commission is not charged with payments on account of the providers of utility services that have a direct contract with PrivatBank.
According to Muzychenko, “Private” will also maintain zero tariffs on payment “communal” for holders of pension cards. And from January 1, the Bank will be no additional fees to accept payments from those who have no account or credit card.
Earlier, the experts were informed about the possible problems with the transfer of the service Privat24 under state control, as software, according to them, did not belong to PrivatBank.
