For redevelopment of apartments in Ukraine no longer need permission

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has simplified the procedure for the conversion and redevelopment of housing. This reports the press service of minregionstroya.

Now when performing work which does not include interference with the supporting structure, to obtain permits is not necessary.

“Resolution of the government we have simplified the rules of use of residential homes and hostels. From now on, the owners or tenants of hostels, in coordination with the owner, when performing work for the conversion and alterations that do not involve interference with the supporting structure or engineering system for General use, no need to get permits,” – said Vice Prime Minister – Minister of regional development, construction and housing and communal services of Ukraine Gennadiy Zubko during a government meeting.

Zubko also noted that after the completion of such work object input in operation is also not required.

Earlier, for conversion and redevelopment required the permission of the Executive Committee of the local Council. The only exception is the redevelopment associated with the glazing of balconies and loggias, combining a bathroom with a toilet, dismantling of built-in cabinets, attics, and pantries, to increase the living space by removing the temporary walls and the use of the space koridorov
