President Vladimir Zelensky has signed the law No. 786-IX “On amendments to the Tax code of Ukraine regarding the functioning of electronic office and simplify physical persons – entrepreneurs

The law provides for the simplification of accounting for individual entrepreneurs (Ukr. – soobi-which, FOP), access to the electronic Cabinet of taxpayer and extension of its functionality.
In particular, the document provides for the abolition of compulsory books of income for Popov. Fopam I-III groups on the simplified tax system will maintain records in any convenient form – paper or electronic – showing the amount of income per month. Fopi on a common system will also keep records in paper or electronic form, but in model form prescribed by the Ministry of Finance.
In addition, the law cancels the agreement on recognition of electronic documents for registration in e-tax and provides that in e-office showing tax notice.
“The document also makes changes to the Tax code with the aim of creating favourable conditions for businesses and investors. In particular, we simplified the conditions of tax audits. When checking registration of workers eliminated the possibility of interviewing employees and employers paid on passive income and other additional benefits and compensation”, – stated in the message.
