The Finance Ministry told about additional sources of financial aid
The program of the International monetary Fund (IMF) the first tranche on which the Cabinet has been waiting for in may, will unlock for Ukraine and other funding sources. This was stated by the Minister of Finance, Sergei Marchenko, reported the press service of the Ministry of Finance.
In particular, we are talking about financial assistance from the world Bank and the European Union.
“The program will allow the IMF to 3.5 billion this year and to unlock the funding from the world Bank – even up to a billion dollars. It will also allow you to receive macrofinancial assistance from the EU, 500 million euros, which have already been, plus 1.2 billion euros extra,” – said Marchenko.
