Ukraine and Israel to start negotiations on the abolition of mutual roaming. This was stated by Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin at a joint with the Minister of environment, Minister of Jerusalem and the heritage of Israel Zeev Elkin briefing.
“We start working, we have agreed on that in the conclusion (this is likely need a separate agreement) in the area of removing barriers to roaming,” said Klimkin.
