Chinese online marketplace AliExpress changed the policy of delivery of goods to Ukraine, Belarus and Russia.
From February 7 2017 0:00 am Pacific time all online orders for Russian buyers cost from two dollars and up have to go track track-number.
Thus, for Ukraine and Belarus economy shipping is disabled for all orders regardless of their value. For Russia, the economy shipping is available for cheap and easy orders.
The reason for the changes were the incidents of loss or theft of parcels. In addition, a number of dishonest buyers enjoy the fact that some of their products impossible to track, and require them to return money even if package is delivered.
