“Conducted by the Department of consular service the analysis of action of a visa-free regime of trips of citizens of Ukraine in the EU shows that the visa-free regime is working systematically and rhythmically, complications crossing the border there”, – is spoken in the message.
Reportedly, as of 12.00 on 13 June the EU entered 26 167 citizens of Ukraine biometric passports, including 2 910 – without visas.
“A few people returned from the border. Each of the cases is justified. The reason for the return is earlier imposed a ban on the entry of one of the EU countries and attempt to enter the EU through the old passport and without a visa. All citizens who have not had a ban to enter or exceeding the allowable period for short term stay, drove unimpeded.
A few of these cases on the background of more than three thousand of Ukrainians who crossed the border without visas, it is symbolic, but are also signals for compatriots to take responsibility for the intention to travel to the EU without visas”, – stated in the message.
Earlier head the Ministry of foreign Affairs Pavlo Klimkin stated that the increase in migration flows from Ukraine may be the reason for the consideration of the probable cancellation bezveza.
