In Ukraine today, April 28, entered into force resolution of the National Commission, carrying out state regulation in the energy and utilities (NKREKU) “On the abolition of certain decrees of the National Commission, carrying out state regulation in the sphere of energy and communal services”.
The Ordinance, which provides for the abolition of subscription fees for gas, was published in the governmental newspaper “Uryadovy courier” for April 27.
This resolution NKREKU cancelled 46 of its regulations that establish rates for transportation services of natural gas for consumers of Ukraine to the entry points and exit points for PJSC “Ukrtransgaz” and regional gas companies, adopted on 28 March 2017.
We will remind, on April 10, the national Commission, which regulates energy and utilities, reversed the decision on the introduction of a fee for the gas.
