Bombing from the air were produced between 17:30 and 17:50 APR 12, East of the city of Deir ez-Zor in the village of Hatley. As a result, over the venue of the air attacks went up at first white, then yellow cloud, containing a large number of toxic substances.
In a statement published by HCA on Thursday, stressed that the airstrike killed hundreds of people, including many civilians. the Cause of death was asphyxiation by inhaling toxic substances.
