The Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine welcomes the joint communiqué of the countries “Big seven” (G7), which confirms their determination to urge the Russian Federation to end the aggression against Ukraine.
“Ukraine welcomes the approval by the Ministers of foreign Affairs of the countries “Big seven” joint communiqué that reaffirms their full support for the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, as well as their determination to urge the Russian Federation to end the aggression against Ukraine,” – said in a statement the foreign Ministry of Ukraine regarding the joint communiqué of the foreign Ministers of the G7 countries, which was circulated by the press service of the Ministry reported on Tuesday.
Kiev notes that in Europe cannot be security and stability, while Russia will not stop belligerent foreign policy that aims to change the borders and the restoration of spheres of influence that existed during the cold war.
“Only full respect for international law and implementation of agreements can lead to a peaceful settlement of the conflict”, – said in a statement.
Ukraine’s foreign Ministry also emphasizes that the Russian Federation bears full responsibility for the deteriorating security situation and the horrible situation of human rights in the occupied territories of Donbass and Crimea.
