The former Deputy head of the presidential administration Andriy Portnov has published an audio recording of the interrogation of the people’s Deputy Sergey Pashinsky, in which, as stated earlier, he changed his testimony and admitted that the shot standing up.
We will remind, on December 31, Pashinsky said of the attack on him, which he decided to use weapons. The victim he allegedly attacked with a bottle and a Deputy had to shoot lying down.
“I managed to stop his attacker only when lying shot him in the leg,” wrote the MP in Facebook then.

“After I knocked, I got up and immediately (I insist on the word immediately). I am unworthy and did not enter into negotiations with Mr. Himikam. I think 90 percent sure that it was not shot while lying down. When I got up, made the shot, that is not lying. I didn’t do a lying down shot, it is unique. I precisely shot below the belt in the leg to stop him” – said the Deputy.
Also note that the doctor operated the victim said Pashinsky lied in his testimony.
