From now on, business entities, except for notaries and public authorities, can operate without seals.
“Those who have partners abroad in the first place win. In the West long ago abandoned the seals. And officials often asked the questions, considering the contract void if the print was not”, — explained UBR, lawyer at international legal group “Metropol” Vladislav Chuprina.
But, she added, the simplification not only reduces bureaucracy, but also increases the risks for entrepreneurs. Indeed, the presence of seals on documents provides a higher level of protection.
We will remind, earlier the Verkhovna Rada has cancelled the obligatory presence of wet imprints on official documents.
This means that now trade with foreign partners, Ukrainian business will become easier. Officials can no longer lay claim to foreign contracts due to the lack of wet seals.
