“In terms of adaptive quarantine we are now developing the mechanisms, rules, how our children will learn. The conditions under which they can learn in a regular mode, under what conditions remotely, and how we can combine these two methods. Together with the Ministry of education and science we develop appropriate rules and algorithms,” – said Stepanov.
