Now, violators will pay fines
The President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky signed the law on cancellation of penalty points for drivers who previously took the Verkhovna Rada. This is evidenced by the card bill number 2809 on the official website of the Parliament.
According to the previous rule, each driver annually (from the date of obtaining the right to drive vehicles) accrued 150 points. In case of violation of traffic rules, which were recorded in automatic mode, the driver wrote off 50 points. Fines cash was applied only after the cancellation of all scores.
Zelensky signed the law abolishes the system – now drivers will pay for violations.

We will remind, the Council has introduced a points system and fines for drivers in 2015. It concerned excess of speed, journey on forbidding signal of violation of the rules of stopping and Parking, as well as the prohibition to move across the lane for public transport, pavements or footpaths, departure on a strip of oncoming traffic, violation of the rules of journey of railway crossing.
Earlier also it was reported that from-for quarantine of the Ministry of interior postponed the launch of fotovideofiksatsiey traffic. She will be introduced after will loosen the restrictions.
