The Finance Ministry has determined where to start the reform of the tax

In the course of a comprehensive reform of the State fiscal service (GFS) the Ministry of Finance approved 10 priorities for the next two months. About it reports a press-service of the Ministry of Finance.

“We are, first and foremost, we will work to improve services and maximize the functionality of e-office payer so that people feel the difference in the interaction with the SFS,” – said the Finance Minister Oleksandr danylyuk.

10 initiatives of the Ministry of Finance, which must immediately begin to infiltrate the SFS:

The maximum number of services online.

Capacity building call center – increase the capacity by increasing the number of workers to improve the quality of service.

The results of the audit of the IT structure of the SFS to develop a plan and begin implementation of recommendations. The objective is to develop modern and secure IT infrastructure.

Automation of in-house audits for their greater efficiency and quality.

Improving risk model of tax audits – detail criteria risk model.

Segmentation and prioritization of tax debtors for the further implementation of the strategy of direct contacts with debtors.

Develop a strategy and roadmap increase in the level of voluntary payment of taxes.

A study of employees ‘ satisfaction GFS working conditions and the culture of the organization (i.e. Organizational Health Index).

The implementation of non-material motivation of employees GFS – develop and implement non-monetary initiatives to encourage employees.

The revision of the functional and regional distribution of workers.

These initiatives will greatly enhance the effectiveness of the SFS, believe in the Ministry of Finance.

We will remind, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine intends to expand the information system “single window” operations for the movement of goods in all customs regimes, and also to make a number of other changes in the system since February 1, 2018.
