The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko during a working visit to USA met with representatives of leading American companies, during which he noted that Ukraine was able, despite the ongoing Russian aggression, not only to stabilize the macroeconomic indicators, but also go to growth, the press service of the head of state.
“Ukraine – a country of opportunities for investors”, – said Poroshenko.
In addition, the President briefed the us businessmen of measures taken to improve conditions of doing business in Ukraine. And noted that according to the poll of the magazine “Institutional Investor”, Ukraine ranks first among countries that potential investors plan to visit during the year.

Poroshenko also said the United States ‘ role in ensuring energy independence of Ukraine and stressed that American companies are reliable partners of the Ukrainian business and the coveted investors in Ukraine.
“American business leaders welcomed the progress in the reforms in Ukraine on the way to creating a proper investment climate and fair justice,” – said in a statement on the presidential website.
Earlier, after meeting with U.S. President Donald trump on Thursday, September 21, in new York, the Ukrainian head of state noted that the details discussed with his U.S. counterpart economic cooperation between the two countries.
