DTEK entered the top ten best employers in Ukraine according to KyivPost and EY. The rankings polled more than 100 CEOS and HR Directors of major companies. The results became known at the annual “job Fair” in the capital NSK “Olympic”.
“DTEK many years been able to attract and retain the best industry professionals due to several key principles. First – we invest heavily in the development of leaders, giving them not only new knowledge but also by teaching principles of interaction with people, ability to recognize and develop talents. Second – we give people the opportunity to grow: prospective employees come to the Personnel reserve and have the opportunity to qualify for higher positions. About 80% of jobs, including managerial staff, we are closing at the expense of own personnel. And finally, the company always has interesting projects, projects with a challenge, and it is making our people,” said Yevgeny Bondarenko, Director of the DTEK Academy.
A job fair for the 13th year in a row, is organizing an English-language publication Kyiv Post. The event traditionally brings together the best employers and the most successful aplicants.
