Secretary of the national security Council and defence of Ukraine (NSDC) Oleksandr Turchynov believes that the State space Agency of Ukraine (GKAU) has become a powerful design Agency, not a mediator between the state budget and enterprises of the industry.
According to the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, on Thursday, August 31, Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman and the Secretary of the national security Council presented the new head of state space Agency of Ukraine – Pavel Degtyarenko, who won the open competition.

According to Turchynov, special attention should be paid to the problems of the industry, in particular loss-making enterprises, and the implementation of mechanisms to attract investment.
The first step in this direction, he said, can become the policy of the government towards the establishment of specialized companies and industrial associations.
