Summer is the season of cucumbers and so it’s time to shape up. The easiest and effective at this time of the year – cucumber diet. It lasts five days and offers a varied menu.

1 day
For Breakfast you need to eat two cucumbers and a small slice of black bread. Lunch — soup made from cucumber, radish and carrots (not fried), the second — an Apple or an orange. Dinner — cucumber salad with greens, seasoned with vegetable oil. If pangs of hunger before going to sleep you can eat a cucumber.
Day 2
For Breakfast a cucumber with rye bread. Lunch — 50 grams of boiled meat, and a salad of cucumbers and tomatoes. The last little bit. It is possible to spend the whole day with an Apple. For dinner a salad of cucumber and greens dressed with low-fat yogurt.
Day 3
For Breakfast a cucumber with rye bread. Lunch – 100 grams lean fish and rice (200 gr.), a cucumber. Afternoon snack – a cucumber. For dinner a salad of cucumber and greens with vegetable oil.

For Breakfast a cucumber with rye bread. For lunch rice (100 grams), a cucumber and a 20 g hard cheese (low-fat). Afternoon tea – pear. Dinner salad of cucumbers, greens, dressed with low-fat yogurt.
Day 5
For Breakfast two of cucumber with a small slice of rye bread. For lunch — a salad of cucumbers, radish, cabbage and carrots, one orange. Afternoon snack — one Apple. Dinner cucumber salad, seasoned with vegetable oil and 20 g of hard cheese.
