Chief editor of the newspaper “Vesti” Oxana Omelchenko tied searches in the wording with the obstruction of their work. She told about it in the comment “the Country.”

“The employees are scared, they go to people with guns… made a masquerade with the aim of intimidation”, – Omelchenko said, adding that security forces had given the decision of the court.
She suggested that the current visit of the special forces may be associated with the previous searches in the wording.
“Twice on the radio “News” we said we have carried out the searches, we were asked not to inform and threatened to cut off the radio. The website also carried out the attack, there are difficulties with the placement of materials. In 4.5 years of operation of the holding this is the fourth search today – cordon quarters and armored vehicles, ” – said Omelchenko.

As it became known today, the National police and the Chief military Prosecutor’s office came to search in the shopping center “Gulliver”, including the editors of the media holding “Vesti”.
Later, Anatoly Matios said that the searches in the shopping center “Gulliver” associated with the case of the former Minister of income and fees Alexander Klimenko and fraud with stolen from Ukraine money.
