The Kremlin is sure that the summit “big twenty” in Germany, the meeting of Russian leader Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald trump’s inevitable. This was stated press Secretary of Russian President Dmitry Peskov, reports TASS.
According to him, the Kremlin is ready to any Protocol format of the talks between the presidents.
“Protocol side in this case is secondary, since we are talking about the possibility of the first personal contact between the two presidents. Anyway, they (Putin and trump – ed.) will be at the same event (the summit of “twenty” – ed.), in one city, at one time, and somehow the meeting will be,” – said Peskov.
He added that the Russian side will be ready on the appointment form that is convenient for the Americans or Vice versa.
Yesterday the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said that did not try to overtake Vladimir Putin on meeting with Donald trump. According to him, Ukraine was important to give the Americans a proof of the Russian aggression.
We will remind, the summit of “Big twenty” will be held on 7-8 July in Hamburg, which will be attended by the presidents of Russia and the USA.
