In Ukraine launched a set in units of the patrol police, which, in General, it is planned to recruit more than five thousand employees. About it the head of the National police of Ukraine Sergey Knyazev said this during a meeting with the heads of the interior Ministry and the National police.
Knyazev noted that the new police will be used to staff the units of the patrol police, particularly traffic police patrol, rapid response teams and patrols on the ground.
“The newly created division tactical police is the innovation that will absorb the best experience of the police special forces, and will use the modern European methods of work,” – said Knyazev.
According to him, units of the patrol police will reach even the remotest localities in the country, in response to the message quickly and effectively.
“We should have one unified style of work, not dividing it into “rural” and “urban” – said the head of national police.
In addition, he added that it is planned to transfer all of the outfits arriving first on the scene, the use of the electronic report form. This will further allow to significantly relieve the work of the police.
“We want all the outfits of rapid response teams to unify under the electronic report. To date, we have 1,110 outfits patrol police and GRP (response teams patrol police – Ed.) which simultaneously serve in the state,” – said Knyazev.
We will remind, the first 30 outfits traffic police on Monday, June 12, went out on patrol for 10 major highways in Ukraine.
