The anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office transferred to the GPU representation to the deputies of Dade and Lozovoy

The head of the Specialized anti-corruption prosecutors Nazar Golodnitsky sent to attorney General finalized the submission on lifting the parliamentary immunity of people’s deputies Yevgeny Deydey and Andrey Lozovoy.

“Yesterday we signed the documents, I again sent representation to the attorney General,” said Holodnitsky reporters on Thursday in Kyiv, answering the question whether modified SAP performance on removal of inviolability from deputies of Ukraine of Dade and Lozovoy.

Earlier, Yury Lutsenko reported that the GPO has prepared a submission to Parliament on the lifting of the parliamentary immunity of deputies Gennady bean (“Renaissance”), Yevgeny Deydey (faction “national front”) and Andrey Lozovoy (fraction “Radical party”).

However, later the press Secretary of the head of the GPU Larisa Sargan reported that the Prosecutor General requested Parliament to remove the immunity with only one MP and not three as previously announced, the head of GPU, Yury Lutsenko.

“After reviewing the three views on MPs in terms of factual material, today it was decided to submit to the Verkhovna Rada representation on lifting the parliamentary immunity of the people’s Deputy Gennady legumes. Two views on MPs A. Lozovoy and E. Dade Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko was returned to the Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office for revision,” she wrote.
