“Ukraine on the meeting of Deputy Ministers of “Norman Quartet” in Berlin will present the first Deputy Minister Pristayko,” said Betz.
She said that the negotiations will consider issues on implementation of the entire spectrum of the Minsk agreements.
Earlier the President Petro Poroshenko called for an end to insinuations about the involvement of Americans for negotiations in the Normandy format. According to him, the USA through its representative as the Ambassador well informed on the progress of negotiations, as well as Ukraine counts on support from America.
