“Vladimir Putin congratulated Emmanuel Macron official inauguration of the President of France and the formation of a new government”, – stated in the message.
It is also noted that at the meeting raised the issue of conflict settlement in the Donbass.
“They agreed to work together on pressing international and regional issues, including the fight against terrorism. Emphasized in particular the importance of further cooperation in the framework of the “Normandy format” on settlement of the crisis (in the Donbas – ed.) on the basis of the Minsk agreements”, – stated in the message
Earlier it was reported that the Deputy head of the presidential administration of Ukraine Kostiantyn Yeliseyev has held talks with a team member of the newly elected President of France Emmanuel Makron, and now there is a study conducting telephone negotiations of leaders of two States.
