The faction of the BPP proposes to adopt the draft laws on ensuring the right to higher education of persons with place of residence which is the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, and about inclusive education. This was at a meeting of the conciliatory Council in the Verkhovna Rada declared the head of the BPP Arthur Gerasimov.
“In two weeks ends with the academic year in schools starts with the opening campaign in universities. The fraction of the PPO encourages all to support the draft law No. 6116 on ensuring the right to higher education of persons with place of residence which is the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine. They provides the mechanism for the entry of people from the occupied territories in higher educational institutions according to the simplified procedure for free. We have to create for these children an environment of learning and development on the Ukrainian land and give them a chance at a decent life”, – said the head of the BPP.
Also, according to Arthur Gerasimov, may 12 the President of Ukraine submitted to the Parliament and is defined as an urgent bill No. 6437 on inclusive education.
“Its purpose is to facilitate the access of persons with special educational needs educational services. Regarding our other “debt,” in particular, the draft law No. 4666 on limited liability and additional liability, which greatly improves the business climate and will contribute to the creation of new jobs. Also needs to address the issue of funding the first elections in United communities, is scheduled for June 11 this year – bill No. 6431. There are a number of important bills for inclusion in the agenda. In particular, we do not have the right to stay on the path of judicial reform. I would like to draw the attention and invite colleagues to vote for the inclusion in the agenda draft laws No. 6232, 6233, 6427. In addition, I want to draw your attention to the draft law No. 5369 on amendments to the Customs code of Ukraine and the draft law No. 5435 on the legal status of persons-missing”, – said Gerasimov.
