Oil prices in the short and medium term can be adjusted to 40-45 dollars per barrel. This was announced by first Deputy Chairman of the Bank of Russia Ksenia Yudaeva.
“The basic scenario of the Bank of Russia proceeds from the fact that in the short and medium term, oil prices will adjust at the level of 40-45 dollars per barrel”, – said Yudaeva.
“Through concerted action by OPEC and other oil producers, the oil market has become more balanced, and oil prices increased,” – said the Deputy Chairman of the Bank of Russia.
“At the same time oil prices in the last few quarters stuck in a fairly wide corridor. This gives more stability from the point of view of understanding long-term trends. However, the spread of possible scenarios is quite large”, she added.
