Ex-Deputy of the state Duma Denis Voronenkov, who was shot and killed in Kiev on Thursday, was not in hiding and no fear for their lives before the murder is not expressed. This was stated by the lawyer Boronenkov Andrei Grivtsov, the TV channel “112 Ukraine”.
According to Grivtsova, they communicated on March 22 and discussed legal issues: “He did not Express any fears, saying that it is open and nobody wants to hide.”
Also Grivtsov commented on the statement that he allegedly gave the address Boronenkov Russian security services.
“When I got acquainted with the materials of the criminal case against Denis Nikolaevich, and most importantly with the announcement of him wanted. We considered this decision illegal, he said, that no one is hiding. There in order to search it was stated that Denis Nikolaevich is located in Ukraine. In the Russian criminal procedure legislation provides that the announcement in search is possible only in the absence of data on the location of the suspect. The Russian investigators was the data. Boronenkov he wrote the petition for the termination of the investigation, he was sent to the Investigative Committee, the Prosecutor General and the FSB. But the direct connection between Russia and Ukraine is missing, he forwarded to me, and I’m already in the relevant structures”, – said Grivtsov.

It is known that the killer Boronenkov was arrested as a result of injuries after a shooting. However, several hours later he died in hospital from his injuries. First, it turned out that he was a citizen of Ukraine, and then in the media, information surfaced that his name is Paul Parsow. The interior Ministry and the SBU confirmed that the assailant is a native of Sevastopol Paul Parsow. According to the Unified register of judicial decisions, the man declared wanted in 2011 for a fictitious entrepreneurship and fraud.
The people’s Deputy Anton Gerashchenko said that Parsow in early 2015 on foot crossed the Ukrainian border with Belarus, and from there went to Russia, where she studied at the school of saboteurs. According to Gerashchenko, after preparation Parsow was abandoned in the Ukraine, where he joined the National guard.
