Scientists call the products that will protect from stroke

A group of scientists from China has developed a special list of products which can protect the human body from the occurrence of diabetes type II diabetes, stroke and coronary heart disease. It is noteworthy that all of the products from the list of magnesium-rich writes “Orthodox”.

Chinese scientists have conducted a number of studies, and their experiment involved about one million applicants. As a result, the experts came to the conclusion that people who ate foods rich in magnesium 26 percent less prone to disease diabetes type II diabetes than people who did not receive magnesium. Moreover, they are 12 percent less at risk to stroke and 10 percent less likely to collide with coronary heart disease.

Experts believe that if a person to eat about 0.1 grams of magnesium more, they are seven percent lower risk of stroke. In addition, the risk of diabetes goes down by 19 percent. Doctors say that a daily dose of magnesium for an adult should be between 0.5 to 0.75 grams. Foods that are rich in magnesium are nuts, salmon, legumes, whole grains, seaweed, corn, vegetables, and spices.
