Moscow responded positively to the initiative of the German and French parties of the meeting at level of foreign Ministers in “channel format”. Reported about it in interview “to Interfax” the Ambassador of the Russian Federation in France Alexander Orlov.
According to him, the meeting will be held in Bonn on the sidelines of the summit “G-20”.
“From the French and the Germans received a proposal to hold the next meeting of foreign Ministers “channel four” on the sidelines of the upcoming conference of the group of twenty to Bonn. Russia gave its agreement in principle, while stressing the urgency of achieving concrete results in terms of the unconditional fulfillment of the Minsk agreements,” – said Orlov.
As reported in the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine received an offer of the German side to hold soon a meeting of “Norman Quartet” at the level of Ministers of foreign Affairs.
In turn today the foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin announced a meeting in the “Norman format” level of foreign Ministers next week to discuss the deteriorating situation in Avdeevka and the release of the hostages.
