The Ministry of national security of the United States has temporarily suspended the implementation of the provisions of the migration decree of the President of Donald trump. The decision was made after a Federal court in Seattle on 3 February introduced a temporary ban on its implementation, said the broadcaster ABC, citing the widespread statement of the Ministry, reports.
“In accordance with the judge’s ruling, the Department of homeland security has temporarily suspended all actions for implementation of provisions of Executive decree”, – quotes the statement of the Ministry of the broadcaster.
According to media reports, the Agency intends in the near future to overturn the decision and protect the presidential Executive decree, which is legal and appropriate.
In addition, the Ministry will keep the checks coming to U.S. persons in accordance with standard procedure.
We will remind, the decree about the termination of the reception of refugees and the issuance of visas to nationals of seven States inhabited mostly by Muslims, was signed by trump on January 28.
