The level of payment, ukraincami utilities on centralized heating and hot water by the end of 2016 is 93%. Such information was published by the national Commission, carrying out state regulation in spheres of power and utilities (NKREKU).
The national Commission assure that the level of payment ZHKU, thus, did not fall: “State calculations of the population at the end of 2016, according to the statements of licensees of the national Commission, does not confirm information about significant changes in the level of pay of consumers for the provision of public services,” – noted in the national Commission.
The Agency notes that the level of payment of “communal” in the past year corresponds to the level of 2014 – 2015
In addition, it is reported that budget institutions 100% paid off for the consumed utilities.
As reported, from the 1st of February, the Ukrainians who do not receive a subsidy to pay for the utilities, unable to pay utilities-bills in installments.
