Ukraine and the United Arab Emirates is ready to develop cooperation in agriculture, energy, energy efficiency, and also in the sphere of investment and innovation. About it reports a press-service of the Ministry of economic development and trade of Ukraine.
According to the report, the relevant agreements were reached during negotiations with the participation of first Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Stepan Kubiv, Minister of economy of the UAE Sultan bin Saeed al Mansouri.
The talks were held in the framework of the delegation of the government of Ukraine at the international Summit partnership – 2017 held in India.
“The parties discussed the possibilities of strengthening cooperation in trade-economic sphere, energy sector and energy efficiency, health care, and also in the sphere of investment and innovation. Special attention was paid to the development of projects in small and medium business”, – noted in a press-service of the Ministry of economic development.
Sultan bin Saeed al Mansouri also said that in late February in Dubai will host the international food exhibition Gulfood, where it is expected the participation of Ukraine at the highest level.
Earlier, the delegation of the governments of Ukraine and India in the framework of the Summit partnership -2017 agreed to boost economic cooperation, the exchange of trade missions, updating the agreement on the promotion and protection of investments, as well as the meeting of the intergovernmental Commission on trade, economic, scientific, technological, industrial and cultural cooperation in April-may of the current year.
