Poroshenko has banned the scheduled inspection business

President Petro Poroshenko has signed a law that establishes a moratorium on carrying out the state control of planned inspections in the sphere of economic activity. The moratorium will last until 31 December 2017, the press service of the President.

The law in this state when the state supervision is carried out. Thus, unscheduled inspections during the moratorium can be implemented:

  • upon written request of the entity to undertake the activities of the state control according to his wish;
  • the decision of the court;
  • in the event of an accident, the death of the victim due to an accident that was associated with the activities of the entity.

State regulatory service obligation before the start of the inspection to disclose on its official web site consent to them. Business owners have the right not to allow the inspection, if not filed the relevant agreement.

We will remind, the law “On temporary features of the implementation of the state supervision (control) in the sphere of economic activity” was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on 3 November 2016.
