The Secretary of national security and defense of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov said that the decision of the group of volunteers on blocking uncontrolled Ukrainian authorities territories in Donetsk and Luhansk regions is exclusively in the competence of the President of Ukraine – Supreme commander Petro Poroshenko.
